Refund policy

 

Please inspect your order upon reception. The courier will wait for 5–10 minutes to allow you to check and inspect your order before receiving it.

If the order is not suitable for you or you decide not to receive it for any reason, you can return it with the courier at the time of delivery. In this case, you will only be charged the shipping fees.

If you notice any issue, damage, or manufacturing defect with your order, please inspect the item while the courier is present and contact us immediately at wajad.fam@gmail.com. Our team will review the issue and follow up with you accordingly.

Please note that once the order has been received, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any damage or manufacturing defect must be identified during the inspection at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately.

For orders paid online, if a refund is approved due to an issue with the order or a manufacturing defect, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the order.
