Please inspect your order upon delivery. The courier will wait for 5–10 minutes for you to inspect your order before receiving it. If the order is not suitable for you, you may refuse the order at the time of delivery and return it with the courier, and only the shipping fees will be charged.

Once an order has been received, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of an approved manufacturing defect or an issue with the order that was identified during the inspection at the time of delivery.
