Shipping policy

 

We offer delivery across Egypt.

Orders are processed within [1–2 business days]. Delivery usually takes [3–5 business days] depending on the delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, the courier may contact you to arrange delivery.

Please make sure that your shipping information, including your name, phone number, and address, is correct when placing your order. Wajad is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

At the time of delivery, the courier will wait for 5–10 minutes to allow you to inspect your order before receiving it.

If the order is not suitable for you, you may refuse the order and return it with the courier. In this case, you will only be charged the shipping fees.
